Green Camp United Methodist Church is excited to offer two upcoming Chair Yoga sessions, specially designed for beginners and senior citizens who want to explore the benefits of gentle movement and stretching in a safe, supportive environment.
The sessions will take place on:

💵 $5 per class
Chair Yoga is a unique form of yoga that is practiced while sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. It's ideal for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone who simply wants a more accessible way to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation. No special equipment or prior experience is necessary.
These classes will be led by a skilled instructor who understands the needs of older adults and newcomers. Whether you’re looking to improve circulation, reduce stress, or just enjoy a peaceful hour of movement, Chair Yoga is a great way to care for your body and mind.
We invite members of the church and the Green Camp community to join us for one or both sessions. Come as you are, bring a friend, and discover how even small movements can lead to big improvements in well-being.
