Chair Yoga is back, and we’re excited to welcome everyone to our next session on Sunday, January 25 at 4:00 PM.


Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while remaining accessible for all abilities. Using a chair for support, participants can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga without needing to get down on the floor. This class is especially helpful for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a slower-paced, supportive environment.


Whether you’re returning to Chair Yoga or trying it for the first time, this class offers a welcoming space to stretch, breathe, and relax. No prior yoga experience is required.

We look forward to continuing this accessible and life-giving practice together. Join us this Sunday and take time for your body, mind, and spirit.
