📖 Scriptures: 1 Samuel 1:21–28; Genesis 27:25–29; Genesis 17:1–7

🎙 Message: “Passing the Blessing” – Rev. Romy Velasco

Throughout the Bible, blessings are more than kind words — they represent God’s promises, faithfulness, and covenant passed from one generation to the next.

In Genesis 17:1–7, God establishes a covenant with Abraham that extends beyond his lifetime to future generations. Genesis 27:25–29 reflects the powerful tradition of parental blessing, while 1 Samuel 1:21–28 shows Hannah faithfully dedicating her son Samuel to the Lord. Together, these passages highlight the importance of faith being shared, nurtured, and entrusted to others.

In this message, “Passing the Blessing,” Pastor Romy Velasco will explore how God’s people are called not only to receive blessings, but also to pass them on. Our words, actions, and faithfulness can shape the lives of those who follow us.

Join us at Green Camp United Methodist Church as we worship together and reflect on the ways we are called to share God’s promises with the next generation.
