📖 Scriptures: John 14:27; Philippians 4:4–9; Matthew 5:9
🎙 Message: “Peace” – Rev. Romy Velasco
This Sunday, we reflect on the Advent theme of Peace — not simply the absence of conflict, but the deep, steady peace that comes from Christ Himself. In John 14:27, Jesus reassures His disciples with the promise of His peace, a peace unlike anything the world can offer.
In Philippians 4:4–9, Paul teaches us how to live in that peace: by praying, rejoicing, giving thanks, and fixing our minds on what is good. When we bring our worries to God, His peace guards our hearts and minds.
Finally, in Matthew 5:9, Jesus calls us to be peacemakers — to carry His peace into our relationships, our community, and the world.
Join Pastor Romy Velasco and the Green Camp UMC family as we seek God’s peace together — a peace that heals, restores, and guides us through every season.
