Sunday School Preview: July 26 – His Way Is The Right Way

Adult Sunday School at Green Camp United Methodist Church offers a place for thoughtful study, open discussion, and spiritual growth. Each week, participants gather to explore Scripture and reflect on how God’s Word speaks into the challenges, responsibilities, and experiences of everyday life. All are welcome to join, no matter where they are on their faith journey.

On Sunday, July 26, our lesson, His Way Is The Right Way, will focus on 1 Chronicles 1–22. These chapters recount the history and lineage of God’s people, emphasizing His faithfulness across generations and His sovereign hand guiding His plan.

As we look at the life of David and the events leading up to the preparation for the temple, we see both moments of obedience and instances where human choices fall short. Through it all, God’s purposes continue to unfold exactly as He intends.

During this lesson, participants will reflect on the importance of trusting God’s direction, even when it differs from our own plans or expectations. We will discuss how to discern God’s will, how to respond when we recognize we’ve gone our own way, and how to realign our lives with His truth.

This lesson reminds us that while our understanding is limited, God’s wisdom is perfect. Choosing His way leads to peace, purpose, and lasting impact, while straying from it can bring unnecessary difficulty. When we trust Him fully, we can walk forward with confidence, knowing His way is always the right way.

Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. We invite you to join us as we continue growing in faith and learning to follow God’s path in every area of life.
