Over the past six weeks, Saturday mornings at our church have been filled with learning and meaningful connection as participants gathered for our Senior Technology Class led by Mr. Dylan DeWitt.

This spring session, held throughout April and May, marked the completion of six weeks of learning and growth for each student. Together, the class explored essential skills for navigating today’s digital world with confidence.

Students gained practical knowledge on how to stay safe online, identify misinformation, and recognize the growing presence of deepfake content. Beyond specific tools and tips, the class emphasized soft skills, building confidence to approach any website, app, or digital task with curiosity and critical thinking.

One of the most meaningful aspects of the class was its flexibility to meet student interests. From everyday smartphone use to broader internet topics, each session was shaped by real questions and real-life needs, making the experience both practical and personal.

We are incredibly proud of our graduates and grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside them in their learning journey. This class is a reminder that it’s never too late to learn something new, and that with the right support, technology can be empowering for everyone.

Congratulations to all who participated!
