Sunday School Preview: February 15 – Everything Is Purposeful

Adult Sunday School at Green Camp United Methodist Church is a place for intentional learning, open discussion, and spiritual growth. Each week, participants gather to study Scripture together, reflect on God’s work throughout history, and consider how biblical truths shape our lives today. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or experience.

On Sunday, February 15, our lesson, Everything Is Purposeful, will focus on Genesis 47–50 and Exodus 1–18. These passages bridge the story of Joseph’s leadership in Egypt with the rise of Moses and God’s deliverance of Israel from slavery. Through these narratives, we see how God’s plans continue to unfold across generations, even through suffering, loss, and seasons of waiting.

During this lesson, participants will explore how God’s purposes are often revealed over time and how faith is strengthened by trusting God’s direction when circumstances seem uncertain. Together, we will discuss how God can use both ordinary moments and profound challenges to accomplish His will, reminding us that nothing in our lives is wasted in God’s greater plan.

Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. Join us as we grow together in faith, patience, and confidence in God’s purposeful work in our lives and in the world.
