Sunday School Preview: February 8 – Giving Up Is Not an Option

Adult Sunday School at Green Camp United Methodist Church is a place where Scripture comes alive through meaningful discussion and shared reflection. Each week, participants gather to explore the Bible together, ask questions, and connect God’s Word to the realities of everyday life. All are welcome, regardless of where they are on their faith journey.

On Sunday, February 8, our lesson, Giving Up Is Not an Option, will examine Genesis chapters 22–46. These passages highlight pivotal moments in the lives of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph—stories marked by testing, struggle, betrayal, and long periods of waiting. Through these narratives, we see a God who remains faithful and present, even when circumstances seem overwhelming or unclear.

During this lesson, participants will reflect on what perseverance looks like in faith and how trusting God’s promises can sustain us through challenges. Together, we will discuss how God uses even the most difficult seasons to bring about growth, restoration, and purpose, reminding us that giving up is never the end of the story when God is involved.

Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. We invite you to join us as we continue growing in faith, resilience, and trust in God’s ongoing work in our lives.
