Adult Sunday School at Green Camp United Methodist Church provides a welcoming environment where participants can explore Scripture together, share perspectives, and grow deeper in their understanding of God’s Word. Each week offers meaningful opportunities for discussion, reflection, and spiritual growth. Everyone is welcome to join the conversation.

On Sunday, March 15, our lesson, Tear Down Your Barriers, will focus on Matthew 23–28 and Leviticus 1–15. These passages present powerful themes about holiness, sacrifice, and the removal of barriers between God and His people. In Leviticus, we see the laws and practices that guided Israel’s worship and emphasized the importance of purity and reverence before God. In Matthew’s account of Jesus’ final teachings, crucifixion, and resurrection, we see the fulfillment of God’s plan to remove the ultimate barrier between humanity and God through Christ.

During this lesson, participants will reflect on how Jesus challenged religious hypocrisy, called people to genuine faith, and ultimately made a way for restored relationship with God. Together, we will consider the barriers that can still exist in our own lives—whether spiritual, emotional, or relational—and how Christ invites us to experience freedom, forgiveness, and renewed connection with God and others.

Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. Join us as we continue to grow in faith and discover how God’s Word speaks into every area of our lives.
