Sunday School Preview: March 22 – Prosper and Be Happy

Adult Sunday School at Green Camp United Methodist Church is a place where participants come together to explore Scripture, share insights, and grow in their faith journey. Through thoughtful discussion and reflection, we seek to better understand God’s Word and how it shapes our lives. All are welcome, whether you are new or have been attending for years.

On Sunday, March 22, our lesson, Prosper and Be Happy, will focus on Psalms 1–10 and Leviticus 16–27. These passages bring together themes of worship, wisdom, and holy living. The opening Psalms contrast the way of the righteous with the way of the wicked, pointing to a life rooted in God’s truth as the foundation for blessing and fulfillment. Meanwhile, the latter chapters of Leviticus emphasize atonement, obedience, and living in covenant with God.

During this lesson, participants will reflect on what it means to truly prosper in a biblical sense. Rather than focusing on material success, Scripture points us toward a deeper, lasting joy that comes from walking closely with God, seeking His guidance, and living according to His purposes. Together, we will discuss how these ancient teachings continue to offer wisdom for finding peace, purpose, and genuine happiness in our lives today.

Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM, followed by worship at 10:30 AM. We invite you to join us as we continue growing in faith and discovering the joy that comes from a life rooted in God’s Word.
