The season of Advent begins this Sunday at Green Camp United Methodist Church, inviting us into a time of watching, waiting, and preparing. Advent calls us to hold two truths together: Christ has come — and Christ will come again.

In this week’s message, “Anticipation,” Pastor Romy Velasco will guide us through Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 24, reminding us to stay awake, stay faithful, and live ready for God’s promises to be fulfilled. We’ll also reflect on Isaiah’s powerful prophecy of the coming Messiah — the One called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
