This Sunday at Green Camp United Methodist Church, we invite you to a very special Veterans Recognition Sunday — a day to honor those who have served both our country and our God with strength, humility, and devotion.

In his message, “Veterans of Our Country and Veterans of God Almighty,” Pastor Romy Velasco will draw from 2 Timothy 3:2–4 to remind us of the steadfast faith and moral courage that define a true servant of God. Just as our veterans have stood firm in service to our nation, we are called to stand firm in faith, no matter the challenges of our time.

During worship, we will take a moment to recognize all who have served in the Armed Forces and those who continue to serve in the Lord’s mission. Together, we will give thanks for their sacrifice and pray for peace and unity in our world.
